The brief

The platform needed illustrations for each of its features that felt friendly enough for pet owners and professional enough for the businesses that run on it.

We created a clean, minimal set where every scene explains one feature with as few elements as possible, all in the same style and palette.

In context

Explore the illustrations, feature by feature

Choose a feature from the menu to see its illustration, just as a customer would discover it inside the product.

The approach

Five rules, applied to every scene

01Truly flatNo gradients and no complex shadows.
02Simple shapesGeometric forms that read instantly.
03One paletteThe same colors in every illustration.
04Faceless peopleCharacters anyone can see themselves in.
05Low clutterOnly what the feature needs, nothing more.
The star of the show

One golden dog, everywhere

The same friendly golden dog appears across the whole set: at the desk, at check-in, at mealtime, and in the kennel. It ties every feature into one story and gives the brand a recognizable companion.
