AI automation · Website and platformAIQO.work: an AI automation studio for service businesses
We repositioned and rebuilt aiqo.work in October 2026. The new site explains in plain language what automation does for an agency, a contractor or a consultant: every inquiry gets a reply, and every lead gets followed up.
- Product
- AIQO.work, launched by OPRONE
- Our role
- Positioning, copy, design and development
- Stack
- React, Node.js, n8n, OpenAI, PostgreSQL

- February 2026, redesigned October 2026
The first version of aiqo.work talked about AI. Visitors wanted to know what it would do for their business.
So we rewrote the site around the moments where service businesses lose work: the weekend inquiry that gets answered on Monday, the quote nobody chases, the lead that sits in one inbox while the CRM never hears about it. The hero now plays a short example conversation, from a visitor's first question to a booked call, so the idea is clear before anyone reads a paragraph.
Three automations, explained without jargon
- 01
Lead qualification and auto-reply
New inquiries get a quick reply, a couple of qualifying questions, and the good ones go to the right person with a call booked.
- 02
Website chatbot
Answers visitors from the business's own services and prices, collects their details and hands over to a person when needed.
- 03
CRM and follow-up automation
Keeps every lead in one list, sends follow-ups on time and gives the owner a short weekly summary.
From inquiry to CRM, without copying and pasting
Inquiries arrive through the site, any time of day
Validates input and limits traffic before anything runs
Qualifies the lead, summarises the request and drafts the reply
Updates records, sends follow-ups and alerts the right person
Owners stay in control
The first question most owners ask is what happens if the AI says something wrong. The site answers it with four concrete controls instead of promises:
- Every reply is approved before it goes live
- The automation can be paused in one step
- The owner chooses which messages it handles
- It only gets the access it needs
The stack
